  • Cleaning, linen and towel change weekly. Extra cleans/linen, towel change available at additional cost (please advise at time of booking).
  • Laundry facilities available through the manager's office (payable locally).
  • A payment of 20% deposit (non-refundable) is payable at the time of booking. The remainder of the monies is payable 8 weeks before departure. Money can be paid in the form of a cheque in £ sterling or Paypal is accepted but a 2% commission charge will be added. £150 security deposit is required with the final balance of the monies, this will be returned on completion of your holiday in full or with any damages deducted.

How to get there

The nearest airport is Bourgas with a travelling time to the property of approximately 30 minutes.

Varna airport is also approximately 1 hour 30 minutes from the property.

If flying to Sofia airport you can connect to Bourgas and Varna via internal flights or alternatively train or coach is available.

Taxi transfers can be arranged to/from the apartment from either Bourgas or Varna airport. Please indicate when booking.

Car hire can be booked on the complex but is not necessary as there is a shuttle bus from the complex to St Vlas and Sunny Beach and also regular public transport is available just 2 minutes walk away. Taxi's are available at the entrance to the complex.
