How to get there

Srebarna Biosphere Reserve, adjacent to the River Danube, extends over 900 hectares and is located 20km west of Silistra and 100km, east of Ruse, 4km off Highway 21.

You can fly to Varna in Bulgaria (90 mins) or Bucharest Romania (150 mins)

With British Airways, Easy Jet, WizzAir Blueair and others.

Sofia is a 5 hour journey by bus.

Regular buses run from the capital Sofia, Varna and other parts of Bulgaria.

We can arrange for pick-ups from Bucharest, Varna, Ruse or Silistra.

The driver we use is from UK and drives a Mitsubishi Shogun (Pajero).
