Villa Kati is located in the heart of the Rodopi Mountain in the beautiful, secluded village of Polkovnic Serafimovo, Bulgaria.

The region is famous with its gorgeous nature and wildlife, pure environment and deep cultural traditions.

There is a breeding pond, a cave and great opporunities for fishing nearby, at the upper flow of Arda River.

Polkovnic Serafimovo is 25 km away from the famous big ski resort of Pamporovo and only 8 km away from the picturtesque town of Smolyan.

The villa is very appropriate for summer and winter vacations with friends and family.

It is set on two floors and can accommodate upto 12 people.

There are four bedrooms and a large living room with two folding sofas in the villa. Eight people can be accommodated in the bedrooms and 2-4 more on the cosy sofas. The terrace on the second floor reveals unique landscape views towards the village and the gorgeous Bulgarian mountains.

Fireplace, refrigerator, kitchen & dining room and outside wood-burning grill/oven available. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided.
