The house was built in 1860 and his owner was the famous plovdiv's medical man dr. Stoyan Chomakov.
At the moment it is a national monument of the culture. It impresses with its unique architecture. It works as a museum from 1984. The excibition is presented with 76 drawings of the famous painter Z.Boyadjiev from both of his periods.
