Home description

This self-catering holiday home is located in the picturesque spa village of Pchelinski Bani, 25km from Borovets, 65km from Sofia and 9km from the town of Kostenets. The house would suit anyone who wishes to escape the stress of modern Western life and relax in rural surroundings.

Pchelinski Bani is a tranquil area surrounded by uninterrupted pine forest with breathtaking views of the Rila mountains. Facilities in the village consist of a large hotel with a restaurant and bar, a small shop and a pensioners cafe. The village houses the source of one of the hottest natural mineral waters in Bulgaria, so there is a small traditional public bathing house.

The house comprises a double bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The spacious lounge and dining area leads out onto a large terrace where you can relax, subathe, dine or enjoy a barbecue. There is also a fitted kitchen, shower room, bathroom and 2 WCs. The extensive garden contains various fruit and nut trees, a lawn and gated driveway. In summer, all houses in the village receive hot mineral water during the afternoons (pumped up from the source at the bottom of the road), so you can enjoy your own mineral water bath in the house.
