Villa “Brezite”(Birches Villa) is situated at the foot of Stara planina mountain, just below the Goliama Turlia peak, in the picturesque village of Miikovtsi, located 12 km from the town of Elena. The two-storey villa offers three rooms with total capacity of ten beds. Each two rooms dispose of separate WC and bath.

The villa offers two fully equipped kitchens. For tourists\' convenience the householders offer full board.

Villa “Brezite” welcomes tourists all year round and offers many opportunities for recreation and entertainment in the winter as well as in the summer.

Villa \"Brezite\" offers to its guests:

• a cozy tavern and a mini-bar.
• jeep excursions, in order for the tourists to enjoy the surrounding areas.
• family picnics on Chumerna peak.
• opportunities for playing football, volleyball, table tennis, swimming. The villa has a wonderful green playground, children’s playground and a small swimming pool.

The village of Miikovci is near the town of Elena. The town is surrounded by many small rivers and several deep gorges, which run across the Elena hollow. The hills are overgrown with deciduous woods, inhabited by wild boars, wolves and foxes, hares and does.

In the Elena Balkan there are numerous eco-paths, which offer the opportunity of mountain climbing. Fishermen can go fishing in clear rivers and in the Iovkovtzi Dam (in the region of the villages of Miikovtci, Hanevtzi, Balutsi and Valchovtzi).

The skiers can use the ski-tracks and rope-lines at the Chumerna Peak.
