Villa Zahariev in Malki Chiflik Village, in Starite Lozia area is located just 5 km from the historical town of Veliko Tarnovo.

The house is set on three floors and is situated one kilometre away from the first class road from Sofia to Varna.

Only 5 km away from the villa, the historical hill of Tsarevets and the architecture preserve Arbanassi are situated. The horseback riding base of Arbanasi is a favourite palce for the fans of the riding. Petropalovski Monastery is also located nearby. Only 30 metres from villa Zahariev, an eco path leads to the beautiful "Ksilifor" area.
