Complex TODOROFF consists of a Winery and Hotel. They are built in one yard.

Wine Cellar Todoroff is the first boutique cellar in Bulgaria, the inheritor of rich culture, traditions and inspiration, coming back from the centuries.

Wine Cellar Todoroff is specialized in production of high quality red wines of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mavrud, grape varieties in boutique series of limited quantity. Muscat, Chardonnay, Rose, Dessert wine and Rakya are also produced.

Wine cellar was built by Andonovi brothers in 1945. They were one of the most famous wine producers and wine dealers in Bulgaria of those days. In 1947 the cellar was nationalized by the Government and in 1992 was returned to the inherits. The present owner - Mr. Ivan Todoroff - bought the cellar in 2001 and made total reconstruction and modernization of the whole building complex. Now the wine cellar is a pretty complex, built in National Revival Period architectural style, equipped according to the most contemporary and modern technologies for wine production.

Wine&Spa Hotel TODOROFF is located in Brestovitza village, Thracian region, 150km from Sofia and 15km from Plovdiv. The hotel complex combines modern design, comfort and elegant with cozy atmosphere, Bulgarian hospitality and irreproachable service, which can satisfy even the most exacting guests.

Wine&Spa Hotel TODOROFF offers 7 apartments, 3 double rooms, 4 single rooms with possibility for double accommodation and VIP apartment TODOROFF. Each one offers a telephone, wireless Internet access, satellite TV, minibar and comfortable bathroom with a bath tube.

Elegant interior, pleasant atmosphere and high professional service – you will find this in Restaurant “Gallery”. It’s a perfect place for friends’ meetings and business partners over a glass of wine. The restaurant offers 60 places and a terrace, which offers another 40 places, and The Winery is designed in authentic Bulgarian style with 26 places.

A ritual wine tasting hall, offering an unique approach and designed for 60 people is built 8 meters underground.

The hotel offers two multi functional conference halls designed for 20 and 40 people. The halls have the opportunity of different types of arrangement, depending on the business guests’ requirements.

Brestovitza

Brestovitza is situated in the THracian region, at the foot of Rodopi mountain.
The Thracian lowland is situated in the South Bulgarian region, which covers about 35% of the vineyard territories of the country. The main varieties of the region are "Cherven Misket", "Rkaziteli", "Muskat Ottonel", "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Merlot", "Aligotte", and "Mavrud" – a variety typical for this region. Red and white, dry and semi-dry wines are produced in this region, as well as desert wines. The density of red varieties plantation is about 69%.

The most characteristic features of the region are:
•moderate continental climate with even distribution of rainfalls during the vegetation period;
•total vegetation temperature is 3500-4000 degrees C;
•duration of the vegetation period and the period without froze is 180-200 days. Beginning and end of vegetation is between 05 April and 04 November. The frequency of the spring froze is about 5-10%;
•the average diurnal temperature of the hottest month are between 22 - 23 degrees C. -The average level of the absolute temperature minimums yearly are from 14 to 16 degrees C, since the average minimums yearly are between -21 to -25 degrees C with a duration of one to two days;
•the hydro thermal coefficient for July-August is 0.4-0.1. The root producing soil layer is very deep and its nutritious, thermal, water and air regime is good.
