25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking or full payment if less than six weeks before. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

We can accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
25% deposit required six weeks prior to booking or full payment if within six weeks.

For late arrivals out of office hours, a charge of £10 is payable to the agent in the resort.
