Situated less than 200 metres from the lovely beach and famous Pine Walk this 1 bedroomed ground floor apartment is in a small private block of apartments with communal swimming pool. This apartment overlooks the lovely private gardens with the pool to the side.

It comprises of 1 double bedroom with twin beds; a lounge dining room with sofa bed for 2 persons and a further single sofa if required. Patio doors open out to a small furnished terrace which overlooks the gardens. It has an American style kitchen and a full sized bathroom. Ideal for a family or couples.

This is a very popular & well sort after area. Directly across the road is the Flora Aparthotel which is open to non-residents as it the Hotel Playa Azul just along the road. The Market Square and famous restaurants which suround it is just 2 mins walk away.
