Home description

Situated with mountain views and only a short drive away from the wonderful beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente, this is an Idyllic place to spend a relaxed holiday.

This lovely privately owned little villa has a lounge, an open plan fully equipt kitchen with all purely electric appliances with no need for any gas bottles. It then has two bedrooms and a bathroom and is well equipt with linen including towels, sheets, kitchen towels, crockery and more. It is also fully central heated for winter stays. The outside boasts a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with terrace, gardens and barbecue with lovely eating area.

A car is recommended for your stay in the villa, although the Shops and Old town of Pollensa are less than a few kilometers walking distance.

Pollenca

Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor make up one of the most wonderful areas in our island, and without doubt it is a very attractive place to visit any time of the year. The municipality of Pollença offers to all its visitors the possibility of enjoying both sea and mountain landscapes and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Emblematic places like the Calvary or the Roman Bridge, the interesting Museum of Pollença, the Music Festival, the different art exhibitions...make even more attractive the visit to Pollença old town.
Port de Pollença preserves the personality of a privileged area, with its extensive seaside promenade and wide beaches.
Cala de Sant Vicenç is made up by a group of wonderful inlets of crystalline waters located at the mountain range of Cavall Bernat´s feet and by the prehistoric caves of L´Alzinaret .
Formentor, an artists inspiration setting, with the Colomer bay window, Formentor beach and, obviously, the lighthouse, located in Formentor Cape.
