Top floor apartment (5th floor) with elevator, sunny & quiet. Maximum 4 persons. It offers one bedroom, with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobe and writing desk, 1 bathroom with tube, shower and WC, a living room with big bed sofa, TV, etc., and integrated, totally equipped kitchen (see fotos).

Perfect communication to old city center; tram station around the corner, which brings you in 8-9 minutes to the city center. Taxi and nightlines also around the corner. Tube station 5 minutes walking.

Perfect infrastructure: just at the other side of the street, small shopping center with supermarket, some shops, restaurant and bank. Other typical restaurants and shops a few minutes walking.
