Muhlbach am Hochkonig

Muehlbach is one of the three main villages in the Hochkoenig Winter Kingdom. The others are Dienten and Maria Alm. See the stats on the Maria Alm spotlight. The resort is first class. There is skiing to suit everybody and plenty of variety of runs. The pistes are well maintained and fairly empty considering we were then over the New Year peak time.The lift system is excellent, and for those nervous of lifts you can take the gondala to the top of the mountain and access a wide variety of runs. The lift pass is quite pricey but cover over 150km of interlinked pistes.
