The apartment is situated just one km from the ski lifts and is adjacent to walking, hiking and mountain biking trails.It is nestled in a peaceful mountainside location yet provides easy access to the city of Salzburg and some of Austria's most renowned attractions.

Our apartment is light, spacious and benefits from its own large private balcony. It has uninterrupted mountain views and overlooks the village of Annaberg where you can find a good range of local amenities.

The apartment is ideal for families and small groups, sleeping between 2 to 10 people.There are two large guest bedrooms. Each bedroom can sleep up to four persons with either a double bed and bunk beds or twin single beds and bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate a further two persons.

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen area with hobb, oven, microwave, refridgerator, coffee percolator, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and a good range of kitchen utensils and crockery.

The sun streams in through the windows and each room has access to the double aspect balcony providing panoramic views.

Location

Annaberg is a pleasant, family-friendly ski resort, in the middle of the Otscherland and Mariazellerland. Popular with Austrians and at an altitude of 800 to 1400 m, its pistes are famous for their scenic views over the Otscher mountain.

Annaberg ski resort has the magnificently prepared ski runs for all levels of ability, from the beginners' practice run to the steep slope for experts. There are hardly any queues at the lifts and all ski runs are connected to each other - making this an ideal family ski resort. It has 20km of partly treed runs for all standards of skier, 30km of easy cross-country trails, ample snowmaking and efficient modern quads and lifts.

Annaberg ski resort is also part of the Dachstein West ski region, with lift links to Gosau and Russbach, a free ski bus to other centres (Abtenau and St Martin) and the Dachstein Glacier only 30 minutes away.

Annaberg's ski school operates a ski kindergarten and teaches cross-country skiing and snowboarding.
