Vacation condos come in a multitude of sizes and rental rates, providing options to fit every family size and budget. Most people discover that it is easy to find multiple condos that are perfect, yet rather difficult to choose just one for their vacation. Condos are available in so many sizes and in so many destinations that everyone can find the perfect fit for their vacation needs.

When you rent a condo, one of the biggest benefits over renting an apartment is all of the added conveniences. You might have access to facilities that you are unable to get without belonging to different groups in the community. You may be able to enjoy a swimming pool, sauna, or hot tub as well as recreation rooms, tennis courts, or racquetball facilities.

Exercise rooms, golf courses, or spas are also popular with condominiums and are often not available when renting an apartment. Condo rentals frequently have luxuries such as manned security and underground parking. Lastly, they have associations that hold various events throughout the year. Because these things are limited to those who live in the building, there will be less people using these amenities. Also, the cost of maintenance and running the amenities is often split between the residents.

Think of a condo rental as your home away from home. A condo can range in size from a studio to three or four bedrooms. A timeshare condo usually features stereos, sleeper sofas in the living room, and full-to-king-sized beds in the bedrooms. The kitchens are usually equipped with all of the essential appliances, as well as every pot, pan, dish and piece of silverware that you would need to prepare and serve a meal.

While staying at the vacation condo, you will typically have access to a fitness center, swimming pools and/or spas, and laundry facilities; although some condos even have a laundry room within the unit. Some even offer children's play areas or babysitting facilities for vacationing families. Many condos also offer at least one balcony with a spectacular view of the surrounding area.

Condo rentals are an excellent vacation option. For families, a vacation condo can provide a more home-like atmosphere, making it possible for parents to take children without needing multiple hotel rooms to have a moment of privacy. For couples, condos can be the ultimate indulgence, allowing you to indulge in candlelit dinners and a hot tub. For college students, the ability to sleep several people allows them to split the rent, making spring break vacations more affordable.
